Learn how to cook authentic Thai food at the Mons Ban Sabai Cooking School. Students are taught the basics from selecting the correct ingredients, combining spices and special skills required to cook flavoursome Thai food.

The James Street Cooking School in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, and at Loganholme, will teach you the skills of professional chefs in hands-on classes in their purpose built kitchens. Learn knife skills, quick and easy cooking and favourites like Asian, European, Middle Eastern and Australian.
