Snorkeling

Jump on a tour with a qualified instructor and snorkel off Amity Point, or simply rent the gear and explore the wonders of the reef yourself. The waters around North Stradbroke Island are home to some very large fish including Giant Manta Rays, guitarfish, leopard sharks, wobbegongs, eagle rays and bull rays. In shallower waters, you will marvel at the variety of colourful tropical fish, anenomes and shrimp, and even find yourself sharing the waters with giant turtles.
