Date Reviewed: 13 October, 2009 We loved the handy location of the Sapphire Resort, we just walked down to the South Bank and beyond. The staff we more than helpful, the room was clean and tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. The on site restaurant was a great bonus, and the food is delicious. We would stay at Sapphire Resort again and will recommend it to Family and Friends. - More Details

Date Reviewed: 11 June, 2009 We found it very pleasant, clean and comfortable.
Very handy to buses and trains and to South Bank by the river where we loved to walk around daily.
Also handy to many nice restaurants.
Would consider staying there again.

Date Reviewed: 07 June, 2009 It was within walking distance of Southbank and the Art Gallery. It was close to the eateries of Boundary street. If you were staying in a group it was good how there was a courtyard in which you could gather. The management also didn't mind us parking there both before check-in and after check-out times. We saved a bit by not having to put our car in the parking station. - More Details

I appreciated the notices in the hotel room asking people to think of the consequences to the environment regarding long showers, etc. The room and linen was spottlessly clean and the beds were comfortable.
